Iron Mountain (UK) Ltd is committed to ensuring that our service is accessible to all members of the public, clients and staff alike.

With the implementation of the Disability Discrimination Act on the 1st October 2004, we have pro-actively undertaken audits of all existing Data, IT & HQ Centres to assess their accessibility for persons with disabilities.

A programme of immediate remedial measures is to be undertaken to provide Regional Client Document Viewing & Tour Centres which are fully accessible to members of the public and clients with disabilities.

The remaining Centres which may have restricted access are being assessed for improvement where possible and alternative solutions being sought were appropriate.

We would ask you to be patient while these audits are completed and works implemented to provide a fully accessible Records Management and Data Protection service.
