Iron Mountain may cancel training courses with low registration. Courses are subject to cancellation up to ten business days prior to the start date. If a course is cancelled, individuals will be contacted to assist in scheduling another course date or location. Customers wishing to cancel a registration must do so fifteen business days prior to the course date.
