This team will acknowledge you within 48 hours, investigate your concerns and respond to you within 10 working days.
We will seek to resolve any issue which you may have at the first attempt, but should you remain dissatisfied, you may request that our Customer Resolution Manager review the issue. We aim to complete all reviews within 5 working days.
